Should you take pre-workout

Pre-workout is a great thing, but only if you know how to use it. With all things in weight lifting, everything is easier and more beneficial in measured quantities. Like on all foods, pre-workouts have a predetermined amount to take with a predetermined amount of water to use with it. Usually they will recommend one scoop with the provided scooper in the tub and some amount of water that is included on the amount of servings to take.

Pre-workout is usually recommended to be taken 30-45 min before working out for optimum results, these results can include increased focus, increased muscle pump (water retention), and energy. The amount of the ingredients can range a lot between each brand and there is no exact recommended brand or amounts of each ingredient, it is mostly users choice. So don’t be afraid to try new ones and find what works for you.

Now on the topic of should you take it. I would personally recommend taking it to get the most out of every gym session. But again, it is user based, whether the user wants to or not. But be careful, look at the labels, if it says “High Stimulants” that is not a pre-workout you want to take every day, it can cause heart problems and for men, it can cause problems elsewhere (ED). If you are just starting out, try something light, like anything that is the brand C4 (this hurts me to recommend). Then move yourself up, maybe eventually try Total War (WARNING flavor is horrible, but its great in all other areas) or some type of Bucked Up. Personally, I would rather use a pre that was made by RYSE, their Blackout pre is amazing, but of course, save some money and use code "WTIMBERLAKE710"

Just be careful and do your own research, online and personally.

Is there any of these that you might know of that are good for women? Hope to do a sweet Inosuke cosplay someday, I don't need to be ripped for it of course 😅 but I would definitely do some reasonable workouts long in advance to prepare for bearing the bacon king's glory ✨✨✨

Curious about why you don’t but do recommend C4?

I do if it is your first ever experience with pre-workout. But overall, the ingredient measurements are too low to really affect anything. With all pre-workouts, you want something that causes, focus, energy, and pump. C4 is primarily used for just the energy side. So, to start off you are ok using it, but if you want something that really works, any pre-workout on the RYSE website is a good example of what you should look for on the ingredient label.
