Simple answer, you can't. From birth, we are all born with certain genetics, including, hair color, eye color and yes, even muscle insertions. When you see an old picture of Arnold, you would obviously see his chest and arms, they are his genetic strongpoints. These strongpoints are what led him to win 7 Mr. Olympia events. This itself is an amazing feat. But if you look at any real bodybuilder, you will most likely see an amazing chest and arms, because that is what they focus on more on a weekly basis to make them as big as possible.

But if you are unfortunate like a lot of guys, you can possibly have horrible insertions making, possibly your chest as an example, look like it has a giant spot of no muscle right in the middle of your chest. Like Terry Crews, you just have to accept it and move on, work on it as much as you can but also focus on your genetic strongpoints a lot more to bring the attention away from the weak points. If your genetics have a lot of weak points, it is not a bad thing, most likely if you bulk correctly and correctly lean out and make use of a calorie deficit then, even if you have generally bad genetics, you still can look good in and out of the gym. I am talking on a purely natural level, if you start PEDs then there are a lot of different options to help yourself, but this is generally more over the natural standpoint.
